Wow! Your Cimarron HS Wind Ensemble (AKA the Ram Band) earned some top notch scores at the District Music Performance Assessment today in Los Alamos.
First the band performed their prepared pieces on stage for the three person adjudication panel. Their scores were a 93, 95, and 97 for a composite score of 95 out of 100.
Then they moved on to the sight reading room. All of the band's practice sight reading paid off and they received a 99!
