            *Goals:

 

                        -Develop a strong Tech Team to handle district needs and routine tasks

                        -Stop UNPLANNED disruptions to the educational, administrative and network environment                       

-Expedite smaller local issues & maintenance needs

                        -Alleviate/balance work load

                        -Create a strong technical training base

                        -Give ownership to building professionals

                        -Create/Identify/Designate/Coordinate different level (1,2,3) techs for support

 

            *Purpose:

 

                        -Triage- Begin and support troubleshooting process.

                        -Basic Troubleshooting

                        -Aide in maintaining network integrity and the educational environment

                        -PC Maintenance / upkeep

                        -Local machine licensed installations and record keeping

                        -Upgrades as assigned

                        -Building tech liaison

                        -Technical assistance –OS/JMAC/Email/Tech Devices/Application-Program usage
